2015-11-19 · As for grinding it, grind it like you would pepper in a salt mill, etc. Busting it into more managable pieces might tear a bag or paper sack, but just be careful what clean board or counter you bust it on. Wrap or drape a kitchen towel over it, break it, then process how you see fit via mill, mortar, sieve, or coffee grinder.
