2021-7-26 · Flotation, depending on the method used to generate the bubbles, is classified as follows: dispersed-air flotation (DispAF), dissolved-air flotation (DAF), and electroflotation [2,3,4]. In DispAF, compressed air is forced through pores of sintered-glass discs in order to produce bubbles with diameters usually ranging from 75 to 655 μm.
